Learning from Modernist Cuisine, without Modernist Cuisine

Modernist Cuisine is a book I envy. An epic of understanding and recipes about modern cooking that I can only dream of affording. But it turns out you don’t need to own a £350 book to learn a little something from it, a lot of the recipes and techniques are free for consumption out there on the internet, thanks to food bloggers, websites, and even the Modernist Cuisine team themselves. So until you can afford the real thing, and have a kitchen table large enough to accommodate the beast, I have collected a list of links to some of the dishes or ideas from the book described by others. I’ll endeavour to keep it updated as I come across more, and if you know of some good links please share in the comments!

  1. Thanks for the link. I’ll be posting more stuff about Modernist Cuisine (I already have something about hyperdecanting wine as well. All posts will be tagged “Modernist Cuisine”.)

  2. This is seriously awesome. Thank you for taking the time to compile these links!
